Character is Life. Character is power. Character is truth. Without transforming character, packing the brain with information can only result in damaging it.
Youth believe that a graduate certificate should give them a job opportunity. Firstly they don’t know what type of job they want. Secondly what type of job fits them? Majority of them perish by oscillating and searching for the right fit. Blame it on anything….. They should understand that a graduate course at present is not a skill imparting course.
Out in the world of job market you are hired for 3 things. 1. Your soft skills.2. Your tech/skill sets and 3. Your leadership skills. Now you have to analyze and acquire the needy. You need to undergo special training to fill the gap of the qualities you need to acquire. Training can be categorized broadly for 3 areas; 1. Customer/client contact employees. 2. System / back end operations. 3. Senior management.
The 1st category need soft skills, while the 2nd category need industry specific skills. The 3rd level , it is leadership. Now some may find fault with this, that management is not to be seen in this scheme. We can elaborate it later.
I believe that everyone today needs soft skills. You cannot wish it away. Hence you may be at any level but should know soft skills. If not undergo soft skills training. Before you opt for any training institute please check its credentials, the Trainers, the content etc. Depending upon the industry you are in or you have chosen to be, you have to either pursue a relevant course/ training. This also has a cost factor and afford ability. At this stage you need counseling. Because this determines your career course to an extent of your life.
Senior management and Leadership go hand in glove in corporate job market. Here it is leadership qualities which one needs the most. This is totally a different and difficult area. Many contradictions like ethics and values, preferences and choices, profits and gains exist in corporate world. Bottom lines are important. Nevertheless, leadership is leadership and it is, at every level and every sphere of life. But it is what we need the most in every juncture of civilization. Learn it, inculcate it into your self. I am sure this will lead you to your success.

Its great.It is the rock bottom of evevy thing.Human mind is like a lake.You drop a small stone it creates ripples.Bigger the stone greater the ripple.
In the same way every sensory perseption of an individual creates a ripple in his brain.The kind of book he reads,the kind of TV serial he/she watches the kind of friends he/she has and so on.
The ripple on the surface of the water dies down after some time.Just dive down at the bottom and see!You see faint marks at the bottom on the sand.
In human mind too every experience create a similar mark.
What we call the charecter of a person is the sum total of these marks!! They may spring up at any moment,unlike the sand marks!If the sum total is good then the charecter is good other wise? Ponder over.
