Self Introduction

I am Durbha Venkata Phanindra. I was born on 2nd May 1966 at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. My father, Sri. D.Krishna Murthy is an ex employee of S.E. Railways. Late D. Lalitha is my mother who expired in 1989. I am the eldest of 3 brothers and 1 sister. I got married on 4th November 2002 to Ms. Lalitha. She is a post graduate from Andhra University. I have a daughter Yamini, attending school.

Later expanded into most of the management topics, personality development etc. I am a very good communicator because of this I entered into the arena of training. Initially it was for sales & marketing, later expanded to other areas in training. This led my career additionally as a professional trainer.
