Talent is the Key

If not today , tomorrow or some other day later every one serch jobs. All those people in search of jobs have one common statement "we are not getting a suitable job”.
Well employers’  say we are not getting appropriate candidates. This is a weird situation. Jobs are there, but we don’t  get jobs. Research says, the reason is one doesnot know what kind of a job one wants and in which type of job they can succeed and progress.

Stop searching for only job. If you join any job which comes your way, you wil not get job satisfaction. You cannot do justice and you will be demotivating the organization and the person who has recommended you for the job. Hence you should search for organization or persons who can recognize your talents.
 While being in ajob and doing the job, being not satisfied is senseless. This is an excuse when you cannot handle the job. One cannot expect the job to match one’s horoscope.
Movies are of two types commercial and documentary. You have songs, comedy, entertainment, imagination in commercial films, while the documentary films are realistic and serious. Jobs are like documentaries. 90% of the jobs will vanish in 10 years. This does not mean there will be no jobs, the jobs will not be the same. The technological advancements will bring drastic changes in the existing jobs and also create new jobs. Where do you fit then? The next Gen should question themselves. If the job market is changing what will happen to our education and degrees. Here afterwards, your degree marks or certificates are not the issues.  Employers' will bother to see your talent to do the job and the marks are of less consequence for them. That means an original talent in you is the key to get the job.
In future degrees obtained due to parental pressure will go in vain. You have to expand your thought process cycle. You start and reach the start then only it becomes a cycle. It’s a paradox. Here the start place is from your natural skills. You are forgetting and loosing your natural skills because of pressure study. You are forgetting what you are good at. Think of your hidden talents and bring them out. All cannot like all types of works. Some works are done with passion and it is not hard. Sometimes you work very hard but you don’t enjoy it. Identify the work you do for long durations without stress. That is your talent.
Expose your natural talent. Showcase it to others. You should be in apposition to show case the talent in front of any one without inhibitions.
Talent is the main key for success. Talent is different in each individual. You win half the battle and attain success in the job market if you can identify the Talent.

Which Dharma to Follow?

 One has to follow one’s dharma. We have in Bhagavat Geeta Swadharma is the epitome than para dharma. What is swadharma?  It is your personal, Family and Social Dharma.

“When you work simply for yourself or for your own personal gain your mind will seldom rise above the limitations of the undeveloped personal life;
But when you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break bounds; your mind transcends limitations;

“Your consciousness expands in every direction; and you find yourself in a new world, a great world, a wonderful world; dormant powers, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a larger man by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”
-- Christian D. Larson, Business Psychology, 1912.

As a person one should do his/her work as a duty / lawfully. We have many avenues of vocation. An Agriculturist, a craftsman, or businessman etc has to do their work with skill. Work is worship and it is the cure of many ailments. Practice is essential for the skill. Skill efficiency increases due to practice. Then good results come in sync in tune. It is necessary for a person to work with discipline (Nista) and skills to get a good name. One shouldnot get convinced by gullible talk in this matter. Improved productivity systems have to be followed (Personal Dharma).

Any product produced, food grains, plastic, almost all are due to physical and mental attributes. But the essentials, water, fire light and air cannot be produced physically. Only intellect is ours. Everything we get from mother, earth, or nature.

For an individual to succeed, parents, brothers, sisters, wife, children, friends, teachers, and many more are the reasons and play a vital role. They are instrumental in us getting our degrees, knowledge etc. Hence we have to share our success, happiness, and wealth with them. Today we stand because of their contribution to our life thru their time, money etc. That’s family Dharma.

 When we follow our personal dharma alone, we become alone. Because the output we produce has to be utilized by society in return for our livelihood. Without the society absorbing our produce/service and converting it into wealth for us we are left lurking in darkness. We are dependent on the society. Now the society has to exist hale and healthy to make us survive. It becomes our moral responsibility to safeguard the society in our interest. In fact to keep our family dharma we are dependent on the Social dharma.

Training Road Map
Every person who aspires leadership and success in life for self, company and society should determine to undertake personal program of self development. This takes time, work and sacrifice. Nobody can do it for you. A plan for self development and growth is training.
Any training program must do 3 things.
1. Provide content; the what to do.
2. Provide a method; the how to do.
3. Give results.
The what of personal program is on the attitudes. The how of development is a series of actions. The result is omnipresent and continuous. Keen observation and development of deep insight into human nature is the staring of this journey.
We at Ma Nous Management Consultants design develop and deliver training tailor made to the current and individual needs.
